Q: I've installed Shockwave Flash, but I still can't see the map on
the Front Page, what am I doing wrong?
A: Some versions of Netscape default to placing the plug-in in the incorrect
directory, you must ensure that it installs to:
../Netscape???/Communicator/Program/Plugins/
And if you still have no luck then it could be worth visiting the Shockwave
support centre at: SHOCKWAVE

Q: I can't get the Flash plug-in to download, my machine is running
behind a Firewall, could this be the problem?
A: If your access privileges don't extend to downloading files from
the internet, then you won't be able to get the Flash plug-in, except from a hard
copy, such as a magazine coverdisc.
Q: The Flash plug-in seems to have installed correctly, but everytime
I try to view a page with Flash content, my browser crashes?
A: In some instances Netscape Navigator will need to be tinkered with
in order to force Flash to work, the most likely reason for this problem is that
your browser is set to enable both JAVA and JavaScript, if you suffer from crashing
while loading Flash content, try disabling JAVA, but leave JavaScript enabled.
Q: I'm using Internet Explorer 4 platform preview, and when I visit
your site my browser seems to auto-install the Flash plug-in, as it should do,
but it then fails to display the map or the navigation bar?
A: In this instance it sounds as if you need a browser update, to ensure
that IE4 PP allows background installation of plug-ins you need to make sure that
you have the latest Authenticode from Microsoft. If you think that you might need
update, (applies to IE4 platform preview users only) Get it here: Microsofts
